The Crown Vault NY accepts returns on unworn, pristine items with original security tags intact within 14 days of delivery.
Custom pieces
Returns on custom jewelry items valued over $1,000 are subject to a 15% restocking and refinement fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Start a return
Contact thecrownvaultny@gmail.com with your order number before returning your piece. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and address. Please do not send returns directly to the supplier without instructions.
